Warranty

Neon Light Net

All signs have a one year manufacturers warranty. Notify Customer Care via the website, email at sales@neon-light.net. To avail any kind of warranty benefits, the sign is to be sent in original packing. Damage caused by inappropriate use or accident won’t be covered under warranty.

Please authorize the return of the damaged sign with our team, unauthorized return would be accepted and any repair would be charged from your pocket. Once approved the customer has to bear one way shipping charges. The repaired sign would be delivered within 8-10 business days to your doorstep.

The sign will arrive you in perfect condition. We have less than a 1% breakage rate but in the odd event you get a damaged sign, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of sign in order for a replacement part to be sent free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE: 
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURN FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE WOULD BE ACCEPTED.
  • In case UPS/FedEx charges us additional fees on address correction, we will send a proof for the same and this charge would be borne by the customer.
  • Any charges levied by the destination country other than the USA like import taxes, custom duties, or any additional costs are to be borne by the customer.
    (Delay in delivery may occur in case of custom clearance procedures).
